I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at NextGen Healthcare (Bengaluru) in Jul 2017
Interview
I applied through a job portal. They called me for interview in July,2017.the first round was an online test comprises of two modules.general aptitude + reasoning and a programming round .programming round consists of two questions which we need to code it.It was easier if your are good at our programming skills.I was qualified for second round that was HR round. Both technical(about oops concepts ,code to swap a number with out third no,to reverse a number, mod function etc..) and HR questions (self description, why should we hire you etc..).overall experience is good.
The process took 3 days. I interviewed at NextGen Healthcare (Noida) in Feb 2025
Interview
1st round is verbaly and 2nd round is technicalround then final disccusion with hr and manager round , he asked dasic question like oops and collections and marker interfaces and then go to spring boot
It was easy they just asked me how to do some coding stuff and I like how everyone made me feel comfortable but I did not affect the offer because they are owned by a private equity firm and that is a big red flag
