NextGen Healthcare Vice President, Implementation Services interview questions

First step was a phone screening with an internal recruiter. The interview went very well, and the recruiter set up a follow-up phone screening with the hiring manager. Because the hiring manager was remote, he was doing initial phone screenings, and then planned to schedule in-person interviews. The hiring manager actually let me start by asking questions, so much of the conversation was around me asking questions and him answering. He told me that I would be contacted by the end of the following week, as he still had a few interview calls scheduled. I followed up after a week with the recruiter. I was told that the hiring manager was reviewing his notes from his interviews, and that due to his travel schedule no decisions were made yet. The recruiter said she would contact me the following week . I reached out to the recruiter after a week, and she told me that the hiring manager's schedule was completely booked, so it was very difficult to find time to schedule interviews. Two days later the job was reposted on LinkedIn, so I asked the recruiter if that meant I was no longer being considered. She assured me that I was still in consideration. The next time I heard from the recruiter it was her telling me that the hiring manager has selected another candidate.
