NextRoll Brand Sales interview questions

I was introduced to this company through an SF Recruiter. They are a young, fun company with a great energy. I had my initial phone screen via the recruiter. and was called in for an in-person interview. I had another job at the time, so scheduling was a bit tricky, but I came in for three back-to-back in-person interviews. Each of the managers had distinct personas- a social guy, a smart guy, and a good looking guy...they were all well-educated, with interesting backgrounds. There is an obviously good company culture, and the open office contributes to that. Following the three interviews, I sent thank-you emails to the managers, and they each responded. I came in for a final interview with the VP of Sales, who is an awesome guy. He had just left a company I was also applying to- and used a few of the same questions that they had asked me, which was convenient. He asks a few analytical questions, but my three interviews with the sales managers were pretty standard/nothing unusual. During the final interview, the VP told me he was going to make me an offer, and I had an offer in my in-box within hours. During my deliberation process- the CEO sent me an email (its still a small company), which I thought was a nice personal touch. I did ultimately decline, but I was very impressed with the company.
