The process took about 4 weeks. It was quick, painless and the technical recruiter moving me through was completely transparent and open the entire time. Very friendly and respectful. First step was a technical phone screen with the recruiter. Some technical questions were asked on topics of my choosing. Next, I spoke with the hiring manager who asked about my experience and more technical questions on similar topics. I was invited onsite shortly afterwards and met with several folks from the SF team via hangout in the NY office. Technical questions around SQL and Javascript were asked in the onsite. Found out I received the offer less than a week after!
