Starts with a phone screen and then an in person interview with three managers. If you pass those, you will come in for a final round with the VP of Sales. Some people would say the interview process is too casual, but I believe they are looking for culture fit more than anything. Some really smart people have not been hired purely because they can't jive in this atmosphere.
