Applied through the website's career page. Recruiter contacted me a week later and scheduled a phone call. The recruiter emailed me 5 minutes after she was supposed to call me and told me that she's sick. So I replied back and provided available times for the following week. Got a reply back 2 weeks later and scheduled another interview for the following week (so it took almost 3 weeks). On the time of the scheduled interview, she never called me. Never got an email.
