This was the biggest waste of my time. Ever. Especially given this is a position I could do in my sleep. Unless you are desperate, or want a good laugh, run, fast. I had ten interviews with seven different people with approximately two original thoughts shared amongst them, over a five week span of time. From an operations person with zero legal background, who told me she "mastered the legal contracts" after six months, but couldn't get the volume to work on Google Meets, to a Controller who, with four years of experience, had more legal knowledge than most of the others interviewers combined - the "legal team" that calls themselves the Justice League. Additionally, interviews were scheduled and either changed or folks didn't show up, and I was notified 10 minutes after the interview started, so they really have zero understanding of the value of someone else's time. AND after all of this, I received a curt email with "while we were impressed...blah blah blah" and an invitation to write a Glassdoor review, and since NextRoll hadn't wasted enough of my time, here it is. Read the other reviews for this company, and believe them. This is a disorganized company with a finite talent pool, and products that are already obsolete scrambling to keep up technologically.
