The interview process took 3 weeks. 3 steps : A screening with recruiter, B quick call-role play with someone from the team, C on-site interview with 4 people. The onsite interview was the tough one as you get to speak to 4 different people, 45 min each with no break, who will shoot questions at you one after the other, with little time to breathe. It obviously depends a lot on the person who is interviewing you, some are more relaxed chats with more interaction from the interviewer and more insights about the company. The disappointing bit was the feedback: just a rejection email, saying I could reach out if I wanted a full feedback. After talking to that many people you would expect at least a call as default option.
