I was not impressed by the recruiter. The recruiter was new the company and could not get their bearings straight. We started off pretty decent with the a couple of questions then the call dropped, which I think it was the recruiter's phone because they were breaking up at one point. After the call dropped, I assume the recruiter would call back. I ended up calling them after a few minutes and they said that they called me back but it went to voicemail ..they could have left a message but they did not! After we reconnected, the recruiter asked for my salary requirements and the abruptly said i'll share your info with the hiring manager, thank you for your time. Okay! So you don't ask if I have any questions etc?? If I was not a good fit, then say so ..transparency is key!
