The process was lengthy, about 6 hours worth of interviews with leaders and potential peers. I appreciated this approach and the opportunity to meet team members. On the down side, it was difficult to set aside so many time slots during the work day.

Interview
This interview process was the worst. I interviewed with a recruiter and a hiring manager. After having a great convo with the hiring manager, I received an email I made it to the presentation round.
After 3 weeks of follow up, I was notified they were not moving forward with me. Extremely disappointed and extremely unprofessional.
It sounds like your interview experience was not consistent with the high standards we have for our recruiting process. Our goal is to have consistent and transparent communication with our candidates. Thank you for bringing it to my attention. I will look into where we missed our step and work to ensure that we address it.
