Interview
Applied via the NextRoll website. Had a call later that week with a recruiter, asked some questions about my current role and sales responsibilities, why I wanted to work at AdRoll, very straight forward.
Progressed onto 30 min interview with the Sales Manager, similar more questions on sales, why I wanted to work there, what I know about the company and industry. Next was 3 x 30 minute interviews, each focused on my knowledge of the industry, my sales knowledge and approach and my fit for the company culture. Finally had one last interview with the VP of sales.
It sounds rigorous but was a very enjoyable interview process and nothing too difficult! Had some really nice chats with the team and it really made me want to work there. The whole process was quick as well and took about 2 weeks or so
