I've read of similar ghosting experiences various times below, here's mine: > Asked to provide availabilities for initial interview > No confirmation or response for three weeks > Asked again to provide availabilities > Conducted initial recruiter interview > Recruiter said he was going to provide slots to schedule a meeting with the respective Director > Never heard anything back, neither slots nor feedback of other kind
