I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at NiCE (Pune) in Jul 2015
Interview
There will be three rounds. 1) Technical, 2) Managerial, 3) HR round(salary discussion).
1st round was easier, interviewer asked mostly repeated questions.
2nd round was taken by an expert, looked knowledgeable. He asked multiple technology questions. 3rd round was HR round, which was not at all exciting. HR herself looked uninterested. He mostly asked the generic questions like why are you leaving current organization, how much is your expectation.
