NiCE Order Management Analyst interview questions

The corporate recruiter reached out to me to schedule a time on his calendar via calendly to discuss the role. I scheduled the call for the next day and left my phone number. The next day he fails to call me at the scheduled time. I tried to reschedule via calendly, but couldn't since the event had pasted. I emailed him directly and asked if he would like to reschedule. He said yes and we rescheduled for early on the following Monday. AGAIN he fails to call me at the scheduled time. I then email him asking if there is a number I should be calling him at. He eventually calls me 45 minutes late, apologizing and saying he thought the call was later in the day. He ends up asking me about three questions and the call lasted for about 5 minutes. It felt very rushed an unprofessional. At the end of the call he wished me a happy New Year (even though the upcoming holiday was Thanksgiving).
