I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nickelodeon (Hollywood, CA)
Interview
I was referred by a friend for an available Production Assistant position. The interview process consisted of a 15 minute group interview and a 30 minute 1-on-1 interview with the department head. The group interview was mainly to make sure I had a good sense of the job description and daily requirements. The 1-on-1 was more about me and my interests and goals. As this was an entry level position, they were not looking for someone with a lot of experience. They wanted to make sure that I was motivated and had a decent personality.
