This was a negative experience because of how they didn't respond professionally. They're a nursing college; they should know better. The first interview was a Skype interview with two people. It went well. The discussion was based on learning more about the position. They asked if I could start in March 2019 (I interviewed in December 2018). I assured the lady interviewing me I would be happy to start in March. My second interview went well and I left thinking this was a great interview. I have the skills, education (master's degree), and experience (3+ yrs). The interviewer said we will be in touch. I didn't hear back and I called and left a message. The courtesy of a phone call was too much for them. I got the typical email of we went a different direction.
