Nightingale Education Group interview questions

The HR screen was good. She asked a few questions around experience. I thought ahead of time it would be more of a culture/ alignment with mission interview, but it was more standard HR screening. The next round was the hiring director, but it also included another manager that would be parallel to the role. This interview was technical. I didn't expect this either, because its a manager role and I anticipated (and prepared for) more leadership questions. A red flag for me was that no one described the role. Not in the HR interview or the hiring manager interview. The hiring manager also removes her LinkedIn during hiring. Seems weird. This also feels like a red flag.
