I went through a hour long interview of intensive questioning with Nightingale college for a assistant professor position. I never received a followup after my interview. A simple no would have been fine but this was not provided. Disappointing communication.

Interview
Waste of time. I went through two rounds of interviews. My biggest issue is the lack of professionalism and follow-up on your status. Without a simple update via e-mail, you're left wondering if their search has concluded or if it is still ongoing (though I was overqualified for the role). I know from experience that if there is poor coomunication during the interview process, then you can expect miserable exchanges during employment. So I do believe that I dodged a bullet. Just know that they will freely waste your time.
