Nightingale Education Group interview questions

Overall, the process great! After an initial questionnaire, the process took just over a month, first speaking with a wonderful recruiter who was very on point with communication throughout the whole process, then with the Senior Director, who is incredible and seems like he'd be wonderful to work under, followed by a fun panel interview with some more team members and managers from the department who I would have loved to work with. I got called back to one final panel meeting with some familiar faces and some new ones. All done via Teams. I thought they would be offering me the role after or at that meeting because they'd all gone so well, but sadly it turns out they were unable to bring me on and suggested I reach back out down the road, which I will certainly do if I have not landed at my new forever home yet.

There was a recruiter interview and then a panel interview. They told me I would hear back early the following week. They asked for a teaching video with no advanced notice. I was assured that I would hear back. I was then ghosted for over two weeks. I emailed the manager of the department and she didn't even email back and I received a generic rejection email soon after. The whole interview process was unprofessional due to poor communication and failure to update applicants. I would not apply here again.
