We do feel it was important to note that our company is not an agency and we don't base our hiring off of physical characteristics although professional attire is encouraged for applicants. While it's true that we do like to move forward with promising candidates rather quickly, we would like to address the statement in your review about turnover rates. Many of our employees have actually been working with our company since its inception in 2003 and many others for 5+ years. We want employees to stay with us long-term because we do feel that the more experience our staff gain in their roles, the better.
