I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Nissan (Chennai)
Interview
The interview process was followed by a Technical written test round and Group Discussion round. They asked me about my main project and mini project questions and everything from my CV.
Online application, assessment center (business case study+ technical interview), 2nd Technical Interview.
Overall, the experience was bad. Expected a more organized process and a more professional staff. The assessment center was a mess (a lot of wasted time and delays), the people I interacted with throughout the process weren't as professional or competent as one would expect, and the overall recruitment process proved to be disorganized (they asked for a second interview, although the assessment day was supposed to be the last step). But I would say the most disappointing aspect of it all, is the silence that followed all these interviews. One would expect a simple rejection email after all the time the candidate invested in the process, but it was dead end silence. I have previously been in the recruitment process of other companies (bigger and way smaller companies), but I would say that this was one of the worst.
