I applied online for the role, following this I undertook an online video interview. It was very straight forward, with 2 questions asking about why I wanted to join the company and how I was a good fit. About 2 months later I was invited to an assessment centre. It was over a morning and took place in a hotel in Sunderland. First there was a presentation about the company and the graduate programme. Then we all introduced ourselves to the room. We were then split in to groups of six and given 3 group challenges. For the third challenge the groups were mixed up. You were being watched by the assessors throughout.
