Interview with HR, then with the section manager and then with the manager. It was more about my previous experience and about a clear view of why i wanted to work there.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nissan (Rolle) in Jul 2014
Interview
I went through a very simple recruiting process. After sending my CV through a Nissan employee directly, I had 1 interview over skype with the hiring manager, where we discussed my interests and each others expectations. He told me more about the requirements for the job (which were not very specific). Other colleagues did have to do the HR interview too, so they went through 2 rounds of interviews. My interview lasted around 45 min.
I applied online. I interviewed at Nissan (Espoo) in Jan 2016
Interview
Sending an appilication latter and CV, got a call back couple days later and then set a date for interview. I was interviewed by an HR trainee and my future superior. Interview was mostly in English to test my language skills and since knowing the grammar was important, that was tested.
