I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. I had a brief discussion with her and then went on to 2 interviews with department managers. They were looking to fill 2 positions, so I interviewed for both. The process was smooth and I enjoyed the interview. The recruiter got back to me quickly with an offer. Unfortunately, they will not negotiate PTO and I was unwilling to go back to only 2 weeks a year. They did offer me more money, but only 2 weeks of PTO until I have been with them for 5 years was a hard pass from me.
