I applied to Nissan in September (!), but the hiring process started on April 20.
1. Local language (not a single question in English through whole recruitment process) easy tel. interview by Recruitment Company.
2. SHL test in their office with 20+ other Graduate Program candidates. Not that easy numerical SHL.
3. F-t-f interview with Nissans' HR at Nissan's Saint-Petersburg factory :). Nice place I should say. What do you know about Nissan? Situation in auto market? Why marketing? Questiobs?
4. As a marketing trainee candidate I've changed my location to Moscow’s' Assessment Center (only engineering and logistics in Saint-P). Group task, which I think we failed, and 3 individual tasks. Nor hard nor easy. By the way - I passed interview on Apr 24 and assessment took place on 2 (!!!) of July.
5. Final Interview with 3. Was quite stressful with a lot of competency questions, question about my hobbies, previous job, favorite book, situation in the economy, expectations. And not a single question about my knowledge of Nissan :). Then I asked them questions - that is always my favorite part :). Interviewers though are highly professional and really love working at Nissan. I've failed because I did not show that attitude and was too nervous.
My main advice - don't stress, stay calm and show your motivation. That all you need to make it.
