Most of it was telling about yourself and what your strengths are. Some interviewers ask critical thinking questions. They will also ask if you can work well with others, but have uncomfortable conversations. Definitely be ready to think on your feet.

4 interviews + test First two were over 1 hour by phone & Skype. Took a lot of wrangling to make it work. Not sure why a global companies tried to save money and wastes over 30 minutes trying for a connection. Last 2 were on-site. All four were different days, which really ate into my schedule since I have full time work. HR was really hostile. Kept demanding pieces of info, and got really aggressive about an online test that was meaningless. By the 4th interview I was really turned off by the company because they were so hostile. I considered cancelling the 4th interview but went to check it out, and came back even more negative about the place.
