Nissan interview questions

The interview process was quite fast and effective.I had three interviews with HR and department coordinator as well as the head of the operations. The interview questions were quite standard. HR questions address your interpersonal skills and previous experiences. You need to be prepared to answer questions dealing with stress resistance, teamwork, self autonomy, decision making, conflict of interest, etc. The interview with the head of the department was more about your skills and experience relevant to the job title. Also what they expect from you and what you have to expect from them. Overall I had a very positive experience.

there was 2 interviews. first one with hr. second with line manager. both start with self introduction and experience. they will ask detail about your experience if they are interested in. line manager gave me a case to test if i can figure out the key information from the long case. overall not very hard but does require communication skills
