Simple one on one with manager and then a final interview with multiple people including HR and a few higher ups. The interview was held virtually. The interview Was relatively casual.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nissan (Kyiv, Kyiv) in Nov 2008
Interview
Nissan uses either university and business schools campuses for recruiting or professional recruitment services. I was contacted by the recruiter and invited to an interview. In my case I have had 4 interviews: first with recruiter, second with HR manager, third with the General Manager and fourth videoconference with the PR manager/director of the RBU East. Quite demanding and requires to be very flexible as the cultural backgrounds of the interviewers is highly diverse.
