I applied through college or university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Nokia (Espoo) in Feb 2007
Interview
It was an internal interview, so I was interviewed by my manager and most of the senior members of the team in which I would be working. I was almost all times observed by the teams secretary and she then reported back to the team on my willingness for cultural assimilation etc.
The interview was friendly and very informative about the expected role. It was a conversation which made it a positive experience. I was informed in detail about the organisation, its goals and values and was also given a detailed description of what would be involved in the role being offered.
