I had two interviews. One with just 2 HR people. The second time with the same people but with a 3rd HR person. They had me sit in the reception area then come into a conference room. They then questioned me on things like why I wanted the job and if I had heard of their company before. Second interview was the same as the first essentially but also had a few extra questions and asked if I had tried their products. They always closed with if I had looked up the company's history.
