Nordstrom Commission Sales Associate interview questions

I submitted my resume and contacted the department manager to set up an interview. She contacted me and I went in to meet her at the scheduled time. We discussed the job and requirements. I had a friend working for the company so I understood the culture of exceeding customer expectations and exceeding sales goals.

The interview was pretty simple, I applied for the job online. I call in to check the status of my application, they gave me a call back for a phone interview three days later. After the phone interview we have a in person interview and I got hired. Everyone was extremely nice, I was shown around and there wasn't any awkward tension between the sale associates.
