Interview
Applied online and got a call scheduling an interview within a week. The interview was very casual, I sat down with an employee and answered their questions then I waited and had a second interview with the manager. The interview was a fun experience overall and I could tell that they were looking for someone quirky and able to make jokes/have fun. Within two days of the interview, I got a call asking me to complete my application online and the next day, I got a call with the job offer!

Interview
I applied online, I didn't follow up with them (as I had to with another popular company, in which It didn't even pay off) and I got a call a week later for an interview. Had the interview a week later! Was about 10 minutes long. Offered me a coffee for free. Manager was super nice and we actually bonded over our educational experience and career goals. He asked me a few questions. Pretty much told me in the interview he wanted to hire me. Disclosed everything in the interview that I would have asked. I got a call a half hour later after the interview, and he offered me the job. I accepted the offer, and start next week
