Very basic interview. They just want to know that you can juggle multiple customers at once and keep calm when you have to deal with the crazy ones. One phone interview, then they immediately asked to schedule an in person interview with HR. Scheduled it one week later. If the interview goes well, they will bring you to the salesfloor immediately and you'll do a walk thru with the department manager. They had me pull a selection of three shoes for a customer they described and asked a few more follow up interview questions. Was job offered two days later.

Interview
After a 3 min phone interview, I sat for the usual behavioral questions about "why nord?" then we took a walk around the floor. The interviewer showed me the backroom and then talked to me about things on the floor. The interviewer asked me to sell/match a shoe for a hypothetical situation.
I read up on here a little bit so I was expecting that much. However I did not expect the interview question to continue on the sales floor. tbh, at that point i was kind of out of it, but gave the best answers I could think of at the time.
It's been a week and no offer but it seemed like the interviewer like me and I'm able to deduce that I was probably one of the first people they interviewed during this "interview season" so i'm just checking here to see if sometimes the process takes a couple weeks... but glassdoor is making me fill this out so i can read all the reviews again, smh

Interview process was pretty smooth. They asked alot of questions about my work history. Once i told them i had worked in sales before I was basically hired on the spot. They LOVE if you exaggerate how much you love giving great customer service fyi. The company is built off of that !
