I applied online and was contacted about a month later. I did an online assessment, phone interview, online HR presentation, panel discussions and 2 in person interviews. One with 4 people the other with 3. I was contacted 2 days later via automated email that I wasn't offered the position but overall it was a really exciting experience. I did ask for feedback and never received it. I wanted to position so bad I let my nerves get the best of me. So don't be nervous. Confidence is the key!!!
