I applied online, then took an assessment which wasn’t too difficult. It took them a while to get back to me, then I had a phone interview. After that, I went to Atlanta for an in-person interview. The interview was with 2 groups consisting of 3-4 people each.

I applied online and it took about 2 to 3 weeks before I heard from a recruiter to schedule a phone interview with the hiring manager.
The hiring manager seemed very combative and didn't know how to conduct a interview. She was very unprofessional.
Met with several department heads and answered various questions about the rail industry, my self, and data analysis. They also asked about what my previous coworkers would think about me.
The initial interview was a Pre screened video interview, I did not get pass that.its possible because I was nervous. When I tried to apply for other position, I kept getting denied.
