Applied online and got a response 1 month later for an interview. Interview was in a conference room at a hotel in town with an HR manager and the hiring manager. in the 30 minute interview, the hiring manager was texting on his phone the entire time, while the HR manager asked read off "deal breakers" about the job to see if they were a problem. Long hours, pay rate, environmental challenges, etc. They asked one question and the interview concluded. The HR manager said "4-6 weeks for a decision". Hand shake, "Thank you for your time", and I was on my way. I received an automated rejection email 2 days later.
