Interview
Applied online and got an email about an online interview I had to complete within two weeks. Three days after I submitted my interview, I got a call from HR inviting me to interview at Atlanta. They had a panel discussion the night before explaining more about the position and the company. The next day, they assigned each of us to a "host" who had the same position to explain what they do. I then had two interviews back to back with 4 people in each room. After that, the host took us to lunch. I got an offer four days later. Everyone was extremely nice and I had a very pleasant time during my trip. They also reimbursed me for gas, parking, and meals.
The interview consisted of Behavioral interview questions along with an overview of the company and its internal processes. Asked questions about work ethic and how we work in teams. The company manager explained the duties on the job.
The interview was virtual over Teams and was behavior and resume based. They were flexible with scheduling and offered very honest insights into professional development, workplace culture, and role expectations.
