I had a pre-recorded interview with Norfolk Southern. I felt like they didn't even look at my answers after having spent 2 to 4 hours doing these pre-recorded questions. I had no feedback, and I couldn't ask them any questions about the position. Overall, I would steer clear of a company that uses pre-recorded interviews as a potential screening tool, because it doesn't allow the interviewee to ask any questions. It puts all of the power into the company's hands and wastes your time. Still haven't heard anything back and not expecting much.
