Interview
1. Attended a job fair at my college.
2. Received email that they were interested & requested an interview.
3. Interview consisted of a group of about 30 people in a room listing to info about NS. Then we were given a 2 hour I/Intelligence test; served lunch; then individually were interviewed by someone from HR. Some people were still taking the test after lunch and private interview. There seemed to be no time limit on it.
4. Received email requesting an interview with a couple of managers. They asked questions primarily about my interest in DB. Afterwards, they made no further contact.
5. Received email requesting an interview with (I think a different) department. No mention was made of this being a technical interview. In reality, the interview consisted of meeting 2 directors and facing a team of 4 managers asking me technical questions.
6. The following week I was informed via email that they had decided not to consider me for the position.
The whole process took about 5 months. I think I did well on the technical questions. Maybe I didn't say I loved everything enough. I am clueless about what I did wrong, but I worried a lot about it. There were lots of applicants. I had really wanted the job.
I applied, got flown out to Atlanta for an interview with a panel. I got an offer 2 days later to start within the next month after completing my degree.

Interview
Interview process was excellent. Three rounds with different groups from the company, very relaxed environment. People were great, questions were standard. They also brought a person from the field who was in the position they were interviewing us for, and we were able to talk to him and ask questions
