Receivered an email directing me to online evaluation similar to SAT and IQ style questions. Brief 20 minute phone interview followed by online Q&A session a few days later. Then was asked to an on-site interview with engineers and management at Charlotte office.

Comany is great. I was very interested in the possition. When I got the intervoew I was very nervous but I did well and made it to the second stage which was a personality interview.
