Got a call to schedule an on-site interview (no phone interview before coming on-site) in Atlanta. I took an IQ-type test in Atlanta with other applicants for different groups within the company and went to a benefits presentation. The actual interviews weren't very long. I went to lunch with people currently in the position and two other applicants. I thought it went well, but I never heard back even after following up with the hiring manager.

Applied for the job via school website. Interviewed with three women, so bring multiple resume copies even though they may have them. After interview I was offered a second interview at their headquarters downtown Atlanta. If you are commuting from far they comp. your room at the W, and also give you a Visa Card to pay for gas.
