Norfolk Southern Information Technology Co-op interview questions

A short phone conversation and a sit-down with several different managers of the different IT groups - databases, BI, PCLAN, etc. It was very disjointed - we all sat in a room and the different managers/reps from each group were supposed to come and interview each of us in a round robin fashion. So for the most part, they were confused about where and who candidates were, and it was painfully obvious it didn't matter - turned out later on this was due to the professional competency of HR. All of the short sit-downs were just a conversation about what role their group plays in the company, and what their interns do. This ranged from popcorn to delivering keyboards to other offices on other floors.

I applied for the position and about a week later I received an email to take an online assessment test. Two weeks after taking the test I received an email stating my interview would be two days later in Atlanta. The interview session conducted of a HR interview and interview with the department. The HR interview was basic behavioral questions. The departmental interview I was just asked about my troubleshooting abilities and what do I want to get from the company.
