North American Partners In Anesthesia interview questions

I had a phone screening then a video interview the week after. I had to walk the hiring manager through my resumé and my portfolio website in which I could tell she didn't bother to look at beforehand. I provided these items way in advance so there was absolutely no excuse for the unpreparedness. The interview was a strict 30 minutes. I didn't even get the chance to ask any questions about the position I was interviewing for because the hiring manager overbooked her appointments, resulting in another candidate who accidentally came onto our zoom call when it was their slot next. After that happened she abruptly ended our call and promised to check out my portfolio later. That was weeks ago...biggest waste of my time.

Terrible experience! HR dept was quite inexperienced in recruiting. The entry-level Recruiter took 4 weeks to get back to me. Once I moved on to the next phase, the person that interviewed me was all over the place. I believe the HR dept is a complete disaster and speaks volumes. From experience, a terribly run HR dept is a disaster to any organization. Replace the CHRO and get someone that knows what they are doing. Worst candidate experience of all time!
