Interview was done with 3 supervisors. Once the interview was conducted, a scenario based test was given, where it asked what you would do in time sensitive emergency instances. Also asked specific questions regarding what services you would recommend doing for an example client with a disability.

Interview
Phone interview from the HR, group panel interview lasted for 1 hour, basic questions per experience, mostly case management experience and organizational skills. written exam (mostly scenarios). Interviewers are friendly, not too uptight.
