Impossible work loads breeds incompetence
Pros
Helping others as best you can reaching out to the Spanish speaking community that was underserved was rewarding.
Cons
From the top down the incompetency breeds a company that is toxic and part of the exploitation of people with disabilities and in turn the tax payers dollars. Managment have Large salaries with spinning wheels in old fashioned managment styles but service coordinators who do the real work make poverty level with no room for advancement. Strange departments that produce little to no effectiveness but waste the time of those working hard. Training that is shameful and medieval. Employees who know nothing about families or people with disabilities making life altering decisions that can affect the clients life and health. Work loads that are so astronomical for the peons below managment that resentment and lassitude result. Literally everyone who works here is running around like a chicken with their head cut off or smoking weed outside the building to cope.
