Phone/video based Behavior based questions (describe a situation/how would you handle), overall a pretty easy interview. Short too as it was only 30 minutes. Used Microsoft teams. Seemed more focused on how you would handle situations vs technical questions ( anatomy/ medical terminology/ acronyms in the medical field etc)

Question 1
How would you handle a situation where a member of your team was not contributing to a joint project?
It is kind of just like every other interview which begins with behavioral questions and also gave me a tour of the building. The staff were very helpful and provided good information

Interview
First interview is done via phone. They've been flexible about in person and Teams interviews. I had an excellent recruiter. Supervisors will usually be involved in the interview. You interview at least two people.
