In person interview with nurse manager that consisted of behavioral based questions. We discussed experience and qualifications as well as shift preferences. We also discussed the job responsibilities and orientation process.

Very positive and thorough interview in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Interviewer allowed me time to answer and was open and encouraging. Very satisfied. She took time and asked relevant questions in a non-threatening manner.
