I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northern Trust (Limerick, Limerick) in Mar 2020
Interview
I got an email to say they would like to invite me for an interview which they never sent to me. I finally got through to someone (mainly because a friend of mine works there and sent HR a few emails to see if it was still going ahead). It was about a two-week wait before someone got back to me. I was then interviewed by two people from the Dublin office. Both people were lovely but I had trouble hearing them which wasn't their fault but I feel as though it deterred from the interview. The interview experience was fine and I felt it went well but I never got any response even though I emailed every person I was in contact with and rang any number I could get a hold of. I was disappointed because if they had just emailed me to let me know I wasn't suitable for the position I would have been fine but there was nothing. It basically was a waste of my time and theirs.

It took months after the application to hear back about the interview and then after the interview it took 7 weeks to be given a rejection, I found it extremely disrespectful and found it a complete waste of time. They don't care at all about your time.
