There were different interviews with the last one requiring a presentation to one of the bosses. It’s fairly easy but the hiring manager who interviewed me keep on chastising me on my past experiences. I was invited for final interview but I declined since I don’t think I’ll work well with that kind of manager.

Why are you looking for new opportunities? The usual stuff
Concise and to the point. Also very relaxed and was made feel like a comfortable chat. Questions about my career were asked, and a short description of the role and team was given. Team was quite challenging but awesome experience to have and provided great growth opportunity, personal growth. Sadly no promotions in sight
two rounds technical and one HR round. HR round with India HR and technical round with onshore teams. it was a one month long process from first interview to offer.

Interview process was pleasant. Met with a hiring manager, her director and some role peers. All were causal but focused and professional. The process took 2 weeks for my interviews, and then several weeks to wait for the decision.
