Question 1
Mostly conversational and behavioral - very basic and asking about past experiences and how they can benefit in the position I am in.
I applied online. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual
Interview
Needed background of clients which was unnecessary. Interviewer was nice on the other hand. After the interview it was clear what kind of job would be expected from the interns which did not align with my aspirations.
Very smooth from scheduling to the interview. People seemed very professional. HR sent a benefits brochure before the interview occurred. Unfortunately, there was no follow up after the phone interview, though, which was disappointing. But the job wasn't a perfect fit for me anyway.
